All requested information must be printed legibly and completed thoroughly and accurately, to qualify as a valid entry. Limit: One Entry Per Household. However, each Internet purchase, will qualify you for and you will automatically receive an additional entry (no limit on then number of purchases / entries) in the monthly drawing. For additional chances to win, visit our website and make frequetnt puchacses. The more purchases, the more chances to win. One item will be given away once a month and one name will be selected on the 1st of each month from the previous months entries and Internet purchases. If it is determined that any of these rules and regulations have been violated, then all entries for that month will be deemed void. Winners will be posted on the website: www.atopdoll.com within 7 days and contacted by e-mail, with a follow-up phone call once a valid entry has been confirmed and the monthly prize claimed, your prize will be shipped via the United States Postal Service Ground Services.
